Shipping Time -- Most orders will ship within 2 business days of there posted time frame. Orders are not processed or shipped on Saturday, Sunday or Holidays.
We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive. Consider any shipping or transit time offered to you by Awesomebeanbags.com or other parties only as an estimate. We encourage you to order in a timely fashion to avoid delays caused by shipping or product availability. If you need this item by a certain date please tell us that in the more info box at checkout and we will try our best, and if we can not we will let you know in advance. If we do not know you need it sooner then normal then you may not get the item in time for the special occasion.
Shipping Costs
Most items have the shipping cost included in the listed price, the only items that do not include the shipping are items that have to ship via a freight service other then UPS or Fedex. If you cancel the order after the item(s) ship or want to return the item, you will have to pay all shipping cost, when we receive the item(s) back to the address below and if they are not a non-returnable item(s), we will credit you card the total minus the shipping costs we paid to ship the item(s) out. You MUST get an RMA # for all returns. (Please see returns below for address).If you refuse an item without getting an RMA # you will be charged a 25% restocking fee, plus all shipping fee’s, all returns must have an RMA # and shipped to the address below.
Returns
Our Bean Bag Chairs have a 1 year warranty and the foam furniture has a 6 month warranty. Warranty is Void if used in a commercial or Non Residential Application. This Warranty is provided for normal home use only and does not cover monograms. Once you receive your order you have 14 days to return it, except Leather, Monogrammed items and the X-Large Foof chairs. All orders for leather, Monogrammed item , X-Large Foof Chair or any item on special or has a discount are final. Orders that are cancelled after they ship or orders that are sent back for return/credit will have to pay all shipping Fee's ( no Exceptions, see Shipping Costs policy above). If you want to return your order you must obtain a RMA # to ship it back. All Returns without a RMA# will be sent back to the Customer as REFUSED and Customer will be responsible for their shipping charges. Please call us to Obtain an RMA#, you must ship the item back to the address below or it will be refused.
